Equipment supply

Industrial Equipment & Components

Order gas analyzers, automation hardware and instrumentation directly. No engineering project is required.

What you can order

Five groups cover what HMG supplies. Tell us which items you need and we confirm what is available.

  • Process gas analyzers
  • Sampling probes, filters and coolers
  • Regulators, valves and sample pumps
  • Calibration gas handling components

Controllers and rack components for new builds, expansions and replacement of discontinued hardware.

  • Compact and modular PLCs
  • CPU, memory and communication modules
  • Digital, analog and specialty I/O
  • Racks, backplanes and terminal accessories

HMI and operator panels

Operator interfaces for machine and process control, including replacement units.

  • Touch and keypad panels
  • Industrial displays
  • Mounting and interface accessories

Drives and motor control equipment

Drive and switching equipment for pumps, fans, conveyors and other driven machinery.

  • Variable frequency drives
  • Soft starters
  • Contactors and motor protection
  • Line filters and reactors

Industrial instrumentation and control components

Field instruments and the cabinet components that go with them.

  • Pressure, temperature and flow instruments
  • Level and analytical sensors
  • Industrial power supplies and protection devices
  • Relays, terminals and enclosure hardware

Ordering without an engineering project

Equipment and components are available separately or as part of an engineered system. A failed controller, an obsolete module, components for a panel build or a spares package are all requests we handle on their own.

If you would rather we specify the equipment for you, describe the application instead and we will come back with a proposal.

What to send for a quotation

Send the manufacturer, part number, quantity, and delivery location. Include a datasheet or photo if available.

  • Manufacturer
  • Part number
  • Quantity
  • Delivery location
  • Required delivery date, if you have one
  • Datasheet, photo or bill of materials, if available

Availability, pricing and lead time are confirmed against the source for each request before we quote.

Sending a bill of materials

A BOM — bill of materials, or simply an equipment list — can be attached to your email in any format: a spreadsheet, a PDF, a scan or an export from your design tool.

If a part is discontinued, superseded or looks mismatched to its application, we raise it before quoting rather than after delivery. Substitutions are always identified as substitutions.

Send your part numbers

Email the list with quantities and a delivery location. Datasheets, photos or a bill of materials can be attached directly to the message.
